The residence is located in a pedestrian and colourful area often described as the « best view of the Côte d’Azur » by the most esteemed artists such as Matisse, Picasso and many more.

The name Traverse des Artistes is not trivial, our establishment was built on the site of one the first cinemas of Le Suquet.
